Returns Eligibility
We accept returns for products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Important Note: Due to sanitary reasons and for the safety and well-being of all our furry customers, we cannot accept returns if the product packaging has been opened or the product has been used. Please make sure to thoroughly inspect your order upon arrival before opening any sealed packaging.

These include, but are not limited to, perishable food, opened treats, personal care products, and any products that come into direct contact with your pet's mouth or body once unsealed.
